Rates

Hourly rate
Hourly rates are charged at £80 per hour with the minimum time being one hour. Thereafter the time is charged at 30 minutes intervals

Half day rate
Half day are charged at £180 per half day.

Day rate
Day rate is charged at £325 per day.

EICR Report
Eicr reports start at £200 for properties up to 2 bedrooms with up to 8 circuits. Additional bedrooms charged at £ £40 per room. Additional circuits charged at £20 per circuit.

Fuseboard upgrade
Fuseboard upgrades start at £600 for fuseboards up to 8 circuits. Additional circuits incur additional costs. Any deficiencies in the installation must be rectified prior to installation.

Bespoke services
For services other services a site survey will need to be undertaken. Contact us to get a quotation for any of our services be they domestic or commercial.
